How long will my order take to arrive?
We craft and ship your products within 2 business days of your order or subscription renewal, and all packages are sent via USPS 2nd Day Air. To ensure optimal freshness, we only ship Monday - Thursday. We’ll email you a tracking number when your order ships, and you can track all shipments on your My Account page.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, whether it’s a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription!
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 United States, including P.O. boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when we expand our shipping area.

How can I check the status of my order or make changes to it?
Log into your My Account page to check your order status, make changes to your subscription, or update your billing preferences. We’ll also email you updates when your order ships and when USPS shows it’s been delivered. Feel free to email us at email@example.com with any questions.
What is your return policy?
We stand by our products and guarantee your satisfaction. If there is an issue with anything you received, please get in touch and we’ll make it right (firstname.lastname@example.org).
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted. For subscription orders, all recurring charges are determined by your original sign-up date and how frequently you wish to have your skincare products delivered.
Can I remove a saved payment method?
Of course! You can make any changes to your billing info on your My Account page. If you need anything, email email@example.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

When you say “small batch” what do you mean?
Your product is not made until you order it. This small batch approach not only guarantees that you will receive the freshest possible products, but it also allows us to forgo the usage of any and all artificial preservatives. Artificial preservatives can be very damaging to your skin and to the environment, and we are committed to providing our customers with only the very best products to benefit their skin.
Are your products natural?
Yes! We use only fresh ingredients and we use organic whenever available. You will find no parabens, artificial fragrances or colors added to any Citri California products.
Are your products vegan?
Our products do not contain any animal ingredients.
Are your products cruelty-free?
We never test any of our products on animals.
Are your products gluten-free?
No gluten is added to any of our products.
What if I have sensitive skin?
Many of our clients have sensitive skin. Our products are a great choice for individuals with sensitive skin because we don’t use any artificial preservatives, parabens, artificial fragrances, colors, or other potentially irritating ingredients.
How do subscriptions work?
You will automatically receive a new, fresh supply of product every 4, 5, or 6 weeks. You can specify your preferred frequency at the time of order and can update your preference any time via your My Account page.
How do I modify my subscription?
Modifying your subscription is easy – you can change, delay, or cancel at any time. Just sign into your My Account page to make changes or send us an email (email@example.com).
Do I have to subscribe?
No, you do not have to subscribe to be a Citri California customer. When adding a product to your cart, you can choose to place a one-time order or to set up automated shipments at your preferred shipping frequency. We do recommend subscribing to ensure fresh products for your skin (and to receive 10% off every shipment!) but we do not require all customers to be subscribers.
