A: You will automatically receive a new, fresh supply of product every month.

Q: Can I give Citri products as gifts?
A: Yes! Simply provide us with the name and contact information of the gift recipient and we will send them the items(s) of your choosing. If you would like to gift a year’s membership, please note that as well…

Q: Why am I only receiving 30 days of product?
A:We only create small batches of product with no artificial preservatives. You receive only the freshest possible products.

Q: If I sign up with Citri California, how long is my commitment as a customer?
A: You can resign your membership AND rejoin at any time!

Q: Why am I receiving a receipt for each item if my order contains two, or more, items?
A: Our replenishment algorithm makes it impossible to include more than one item at a time on one receipt.

Q: How do I refer a friend who is interested in trying your products?
A: Send us their contact information or ask them to contact us and let us know that you are the referring customer.
